All Orders;
We at DRC will always strive to fill your orders, but because we deal in fresh foods not all items are always
available. We also request email confirmation before orders are sent by air freight.
Client's who regularily purchase from us ( Preferred Customers ) will be given
preference to available stock. This is only fair because you are the client's we can rely upon. At times there
will be specials offer only to Preferred Customers. Our pricing is based upon world
trading and we will strive to always be competative.
Some product lines are specialised, for example marron and golden crayfish which are farmed. Products such
as these command high prices because of the amount of handling involved. The quality of these products is excellent.
They are shipped live and arrive in pristime condition. Airfreight to Frankfurt -22 hours, China-16 hours and the
USA-28 hours.
Airfrieght has been included in the buying price, therefore, minimum orders for crayfish products is 25 kilograms
and for fish 50 kilograms. We are happy to fill smaller orders, but additional airfreight may apply.
All products have to pass inspection by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service, a certificate will
accompany most orders.
Due to the high cost of freight insurance we are self insured. Product will be replaced at cost if we are
soley responsible. Claims must be verified and we ask that you help us to improve our service delivery.
Until a trading relationship has been developed, all products must be paid for in advance.
Terms for Preferred Customers is seven days from delivery.
We have representatives in Australia, Germany, China and the USA, so we offer a hands on approach to any
Customer Enquiries.
Our trading practices are based upon ISO9001:2000 which is the Customer Focus orientated Quality Management
System.
